Operates on all Windows platforms.
Stand-Alone reservations system for golf courses. Enter and edit names/times directly into the program for immediate reference, printing and statistics.
Simultaneously enter green-fees guests and have members enter their own times with the networking option
Send individual or multiple emails to members and regular players. Ideal for promoting and informing.
Optional function for pre-selling limited rounds of golf. Limit to specific dates and/or times if required. Program decrements the number of rounds available as each reservation is made.
Optional magnetic card reader for identification of players, allowing them to enter their own tee-time reservations with the swipe of a card.
Set advance days minimums and restrict play for any time/day periods for up to 6 classes of members
Print start time listings
Block out tournament reserved times in advance
Reserve times for weekly repeat tournaments and seasonal play with one entry
Maintain statistics on number of rounds played, by class of player
Set up immediate or random sorting of start times for any day in the week
